Does Hemp Bombs Conduct Lab Tests?

Yes, Hemp Bombs products undergo lab testing. In fact, we do many things to ensure our products comply with the state of Florida’s rules for products containing hemp-extracted CBD oil.

For example, we provide a certificate of analysis provided by an independent testing lab that states the product contains a THC concentration that does not exceed 0.3 percent. That same certificate of analysis states that the product does not contain contaminants unsafe for human consumption.

Additionally, all our packaging includes a scannable or quick response (QR) code that will link you directly to our website so you may view the lab results done by an independent testing lab. The packaging includes the batch number; the url of the website where product information may be obtained; the expiration date; number of milligrams of hemp extract, as well as a statement that the THC in the product does not exceed 0.3 percent on a dry-weight basis.

Can I use Hemp Bombs e-liquids orally?

We do not recommend ingesting Hemp Bombs CBD E-Liquids. While our products are manufactured with food-grade ingredients, this product is not formulated for edible use. The E-Liquids are intended to be used with vaporizing devices under the safest conditions.

Some of our products, including our CBD Gummies and CBD Capsules, contain gelatin derived from animal-based ingredients, meaning they are not vegan. If you are looking for our most limited-ingredient product, we highly recommend our CBD Oil. Hemp Bombs CBD Oil only contains Hemp Oil, grape seed oil, MCT oil and peppermint or watermelon flavoring.

Can I give Hemp Bombs to children?

Hemp Bombs does not recommend giving our CBD products to children. They are meant for adults 18 and older.

Can I give Hemp Bombs to my pets?

Hemp Bombs recently launched a CBD line specifically designed for pets. Payment Questions

I tried to place an online order and it failed. Why?

There are a few reasons why your order failed at checkout. It is most likely one of reasons below.

Your card was declined by the merchant processor. Often, this means that your credit card company prevented the transaction. This is a typically a protective measure by your bank or credit card company to prevent fraudulent transactions. In order to approve the order, please contact your credit card company and inform them that this transaction is valid. They will then release the hold on this order.
You entered an invalid card number.
The three-digit security code number on the back of the card is missing or incorrectly entered.
Your billing zip code (USA only) was entered incorrectly.
Your order failed because we do not accept your credit card. We only accept credit cards approved through Authorize.Net. The system will not accept gift cards of any kind.
The cart timed out during checkout. If you cannot successfully place your order online, we’d love to take your order over the phone. We have friendly, knowledgeable customer service experts available Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm EST, and they can also answer CBD questions.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club and JCB. This means that other credit card companies will not be successful in our payment gateway. We also accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards.

I saw a coupon after I placed my order. Can you refund the difference?

We encourage all of our customers to follow our social media pages and subscribe to our newsletter. This will always give you the best chance to be current with our latest coupons. We do not offer refunds to customers after they have made a purchase. However, if a customer contacts customer service, we can apply discounts to future purchases.

How long does it take to receive my order?
