How to Use Hemp Bombs® CBD Roll-On:

The CBD Oil Roll-On is easy to use. We recommend testing this product on a small patch of skin before applying to affected areas to avoid skin irritation.

Simply use the roller ball applicator to rub a thin layer of Pain Freeze on to areas of discomfort. While this product will work well when applied at any time, you may experience deeper results when used on clean skin.

Because your hands do not come into direct contact with the gel, you do not have to worry about washing your hands after application if you do not have access to a sink. However, if you choose to massage the product in for deeper penetration, then you should wash your hands immediately after use to prevent injury.
